Device for motorcycle engine power measurement
Rampáček, Bernard ; Drápal, Lubomír (referee) ; Maršálek, Ondřej (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the problematic of measuring motorcycle performance output using dynamometers primary designed for measuring performance output of four wheel personal vehicles, proposals and comparison of possible designs of device that enable this method of motorcycle performance output measuring by using FEA methods.
Testing of motorcycle engine output
Rampáček, Bernard ; Novotný, Pavel (referee) ; Maršálek, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the principle of operation of current cylindrical performance tests, that are used to measure of motorcycles performance parameters. Furthermore the substance of measurement, the resulting values and purpose of these tests. Then comparison of used types of cylindrical brakes for measuring performance of motorcycles and at the end includes the possible construction solution of attachment of motorcycle to the dynamometer, primarily intended to measure parameters of cars.
Model of synchronous PM machine based on equivalent reluctance network
Sporni, Peter ; Lapčík, Josef (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
Táto práca pojednáva o problematike vytvárania a simulácie reluktančnej sieti synchrónneho stroja s V tvarovanými permanentnými magnetmi v programe PSpice. Neskôr nahradíme lineárne odpory reprezentujúce plechy nelineárnymi a počítame s precovnou teplotou permanentných magnetov. Potom porovnáme naše výsledky s FEM metódou počítanými hodnotami a vypočítame indukované napätie v jednej cievke stroja. Na záver vypočítame výkonovú a momentovú charakteristiku stroja.
Stress and strength analysis of the bike frame and compliance assessment at selected construction places.
Prášil, Jiří ; Horníková, Jana (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
Purpose of this work was the realization of stress and strenght analysis of the bike frame with the help of the basic elasticity approach. At first I had to transfer this task from three-dimensional to two-dimensional and also to simplify to fulfill the beam conditions. I also focused on static safety of the construction. This static safety was solved for two loading modes. First one was define as the load, which cyclist can induce, when he is going on the direct road. Second one was defined as the load, which he can induce, when he is going up to the hill. I used for these calculations mathematical software such as Mathcad 14 or Maple 12, but also modeling software especially Autocad for establishing correct dimensions. At the end I checked the stress and strain analysis obtained by the basic elasticity approach with the solution performed making use of the ANSYS software code.
Evolution of the BMW six-cylinder in-line engines
Pokorný, Lukáš ; Rasch, František (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (advisor)
This work maps the development of six-cylinder in-line spark ignition BMW engines. Further work is about the parameters of design solutions and compares the contemporary competition engines.
